Biography

Farnoush Shamsazad is a PhD student at the University of Pavia, specializing in fault diagnostics and digital twin modeling for power converters. Her research focuses on AI-driven condition monitoring of Cascaded H-Bridge (CHB) and Dual Active Bridge (DAB) converters using transformer-based neural networks and advanced positional encoding methods. With dual master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering and Architecture, she integrates deep learning, data analytics, and power electronics to enhance system reliability and predictive maintenance.
